We at Emergency Radiology Schueller take criticism seriously. According to William Deming’s formula: Plan – Do – Check – Act, the customer evaluation of our teleradiological services has a very high priority. Read the results for 2020 here!
Nothing is more important to us than standing together with our customers. We at Emergency Radiology Schueller are grateful to have been able to maintain an excellent relationship with our customers for years. In addition, not only the constant, uncompromising radiological service at any time of the day or night over years as well as personal support during office hours on +41 41 544 60 80 are a basic requirement, but also “the very spontaneous readiness for action and flexibility, which is enormous in everyday life and in help to cope with emergency services “, as one of our Swiss customers, the Hirslanden Klinik Stephanshorn in St. Gallen, puts it. We received further praise from a customer from the Austrian capital Vienna: “As was to be expected, the teleradiological care provided by the company operated by Prof. Schueller works very well”. In an online survey we asked our customers only two questions: 1. what grade from one to ten would you give the teleradiological service of Emergency Radiology Schueller (10=very good)? 2. if you do not give a ten, what is missing on this grade ten? We received twenty answers, we received the grade ten 15 times, grades eight and nine twice and grade seven once. That made an average of 9.4 points. On the one hand, we are very proud of this result with testimonials such as: “We are very satisfied with the service of Emergency Radiology Schueller at Zofingen Hospital, I would give the service a 10 (Chief Physician Dr. Renate Engisch) and “…I think the Emergency Radiology Schueller system has now become well established in the Döbling Private Clinic (Prim. PD Dr. med. univ. Marius Wick). Nevertheless, we are doing our utmost to ask questions and optimise the results for grades seven to nine. An Austrian customer, for example, complained that “we are still dependent on the physical import of the reports into the HIS”. We were able to improve this quickly and easily with the now desired roll-out of our HL7 interface Diagnostic Gate, which is already established with almost all customers. This saves our customers valuable administration and time, because all our findings are not only accessible at any time in the PACS, but also in the RIS/HIS – and this in acute operation within one hour after the patient examinations have been transferred to us. We received further praise from the heads of a large institute for radiology in Switzerland: “The Emergency Radiology Schueller Academic Health Division supports us with consistently high quality in the important sub-disciplines of MSC, neuro-, body-, onco-, cardiac- and prostate radiology whenever we have a case-by-case need. The company shows that teleradiology does not mean zero or one, but should and can always be used when there is a need – even at short notice. Many thanks”. We may return the thanks!
